U.S. spot Solana ETFs recorded $86.6 million in net inflows on Friday, September 25, marking their largest single-day inflow since the products launched. The strong finish pushed weekly net inflows to $188.2 million, making last week the 2nd-highest weekly inflow total on record. Only the launch week generated more, with Solana ETFs attracting $199.2 million. Bitwise’s $BSOL, Fidelity’s $FSOL and Grayscale’s $GSOL all had their second-biggest weeks, while VanEck’s $VSOL had its strongest week since launch. Every fund in the group recorded inflows during the week, with Bitwise's $BSOL accounting for roughly 2/3 of the total. $BSOL attracted about $128 million across the 5 trading sessions last week. Grayscale's $GSOL followed with approximately $28 million, while Fidelity's $FSOL brought in about $18 million. Morgan Stanley’s $MSOL, VanEck’s $VSOL, Franklin Templeton’s $SOEZ, and 21Shares’ $TSOL accounted for the remaining $14 million. Friday alone contributed nearly half of the weekly total. $BSOL collected around $56 million, while $GSOL added approximately $19 million. $BSOL Still Dominates Solana ETF Demand Bitwise has maintained a substantial lead in cumulative Solana ETF inflows. $BSOL has attracted roughly $1.2 billion of the group's $1.6 billion in cumulative net inflows, giving it approximately a 76% share of total demand since launch. Spot ETFs give investors exposure to $SOL through traditional brokerage accounts without requiring them to manage a crypto wallet. Net inflows measure new money entering the funds after withdrawals, rather than trading activity between investors. $SOL traded above $119 at press time and had gained approximately 14% over the past month, creating a stronger price backdrop as institutional demand accelerated. Bitcoin ETFs Join the Flow Surge The broader crypto ETF market also recorded a major improvement. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted approximately $2.4 billion last week, their strongest weekly inflow since October 2025. That week, $2.7 billion eenteredthe products as Bitcoin climbed toward its then-record price of $126,296. The simultaneous strength across Bitcoin and Solana ETFs points to a broader increase in demand for regulated crypto investment products. Network Upgrades Add Another Catalyst The ETF inflows also arrived as Solana developers advanced Alpenglow, the network's biggest consensus upgrade. Alpenglow went live on Solana's devnet on Friday, September 25, following its testnet launch on Thursday. Developers have now entered an observation period to test programs and integrations before a planned mainnet migration. Solana Treasury Companies Keep Buying Solana treasury companies have also continued to add buying pressure. DeFi Development Corp. announced earlier today that it had purchased 47,706 $SOL worth approximately $5.8 million over the previous week. The purchase increased its holdings to 2.54 million $SOL, valued at around $309 million. [https://x.com/SolanaFloor/status/2104544811646878028?s=20] Forward Industries also closed a registered direct offering on September 24, selling 3.125 million shares at $8 each and generating approximately $25 million in gross proceeds. The company said it plans to use the net proceeds primarily to acquire additional $SOL. Forward also recently added another 357,000 $SOL at an average cost of $78.26, bringing its treasury to 8.16 million $SOL.
