Plume et Shinhan Asset Management lancent une preuve de concept pour un fonds tokenisé en KRW

Plume s'associe à Shinhan Asset Management pour explorer la tokenisation d'un fonds obligataire sud-coréen (KRW) sur la blockchain.

Plume a signé un mémorandum d'accord avec Shinhan Asset Management pour tester la tokenisation d'un fonds libellé en KRW. Ce produit prendra pour actif sous-jacent un fonds lié aux obligations à très court terme en KRW.

L'objectif est de valider les exigences techniques et réglementaires nécessaires pour mettre ce produit onchain. La preuve de concept se déroulera dans un environnement isolé, dans une juridiction tierce, sans émission ni distribution, et avec un accès strictement bloqué aux résidents sud-coréens.

<p style="line-height: 1.75;">Plume announced that it has signed an MOU with Shinhan Asset Management to conduct a proof of concept for a KRW-denominated tokenized fund, using a fund linked to KRW ultra-short-term bonds as the underlying asset. The project will test the technical and regulatory requirements for bringing the product onchain. It will not involve issuance or distribution and will be conducted in an isolated structure in a third jurisdiction, with contractual and technical measures restricting access by Korean residents.</p>
